Chateau Hermitage Saint Martin was created near the year 1000 by the monks of Saint Victor. Since 1999, Enzo Fayard works to make this thousand-year-old vineyard be reborn. The vineyard of 17 ha extends at the foot of the rocky bars of Cuers. Enzo Fayard imagines and creates with passion of wines of characters, fine and generous. So, he can develop red, pinkish and white wines appreciated by all and in any circumstances.
Chateau Hermitage Saint-Martin is cultivated in organic farming since 2003 and has the Vegan wine label since 2015, guaranteed without animal inputs. Since the acquisition of Hermitage Saint Martin, the Fayard family has tried to respect the principles of innovation and tradition, thus preserving the original soil footprint.
