The domain
The Château Hermitage Saint-Martin was created in 1000 by the Saint-Victor monks. A little time after the revolution it is abandonned and entiremy destroyed during World War Two. Since 1999, Enzo Fayard has made a lot of efforts to ressurect the millennium vineyard. The domaine extends on 17 hectares with a limstone soil. The selected vines benefit from an ideal weather.
