The new cuvée 281 of Chateau Minuty is unique.

It celebrates the arrival at maturity of a selection of plots of old vineyards of the wine estate. This Minuty 281 with its pale pink dress with crystalline reflections announces a rosé wine while delicacy. The finesse of the aromas of white-fleshed fruit is noted by iodated notes that give it a unique character.  
The average age of the vines is 25 years old.

The domain

The grandfather of the current owners, the Matton brothers, bought Château Minuty in 1936. Gabriel Farnet was the first owner. The Matton brothers are assisted by Anne-Victoire Matton (4th generation) in the management of the estate, acquired in 2023 by LVMH. Currently, the 170 acres of land include both Ramatuelle and the Gassin highest plots. Gabriel Farnet planted new plots and built a new winery to build the estate's solid reputation, which led to his estate being listed among the 23 privileged “Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence” in 1955. The vineyard is best known for its Grenache-based rosé. The M and Prestige product lines are supplied by Minuty SA, a leading partner of Château Minuty.
