The vintage "Rose et Or" Côte de Provence Rosé of the Chateau Minuty one is concentrated by greedy aromas, by an intense freshness and the mouth of which completely gives way to the expression of fruits. Produced in the strict respect for the fruit and in the search for its pure expression, this vintage Minuty Rose et Or is a real concentrated of grenache. The wine growers tried to translate in this wine all the primary aromas perceived during the pressing of grapes. The grape harvests are manually made, as on the completeness of the domain, and the wine is converted into wine in tanks in stainless steel.

The domain
The grandparents of the current owners, the Matton brothers, purchased Château Minuty in 1936. Today, the property's 160 hectares encompass the Ramatuelle and Gassin high vines. The vineyard has built its reputation on its Grenache-based rosés. Minuty SA, a leading partner of Château Minuty, supplies the M and Prestige product lines.
