The domain

Domaine des Creisses, situated between the sea and the mountains in the Languedoc region, more specifically in the Hérault, is currently run by Philippe Chesnelong with the expertise of Louis Mitjavile. The vines are grown using environmentally-friendly methods. Covering some twenty hectares, the estate benefits from a diversity of soils which are reflected in the suppleness, deliciousness and depth of its red wines. The cuvée Les Brunes, named after the dark volcanic soils in which its plots are planted, and the eponymous cuvée Les Creisses, recognised as one of the best wines in the region, are the jewels in the domain's crown. Philippe Chesnelong aims to fully express the terroir to create great Pays d'Oc red wines.
