The domain of Lime trees is implanted at the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, between the church and the castle in a former relay with horses property of the counts of Thénissey. The house stays up a standing closed young of Gevrey-Chambertin Villages. This family domain exists since 1920. He was created by the grandfather of Philippe Livera who resumed him in 1986. Since some vintage wine already, he crossed the relay to his son Damien, thirty-year old and representative of the fourth generation. The family exploits8,20 hectares, almost exclusively in pinot noir (with the exception of 20 hundred square meters of Burgundy Chardonnay) in naming Côtes-de-Nuits-Villages, Fixin, Chapelle-Chambertin and Gevrey-Chambertin. The culture is here traditional: earthing-up the winter and the plowings during summer.
