The Domain du Paternel is a family vineyard, created in 1951 by Mister Pierre Cathinaud. Jean-Pierre Santini, so passionate as his uncle, arrived on the domain in 1962, with his wife. To date, three of their children work with them. All share the same passion and same love of their Wines and their domain. In the conduct of the vineyard, a quite particular attention is granted to the environmental protection. The traditional plowing of vines is favored. No insecticide is used. The culture of the vine is realized in a traditional way and is the object of constant care. The resultant of so much accuracy? The old man is without anybody disputes one of the key domains of the naming Cassis !
