Dominique Hauvette offers us this vintage Arpège in Côtes du Roussillon dense and gourmet. A sunny Côtes du Roussillon to the immediate pleasure! A wine that dethrones appellations much more in sight and not only in Provence. This wine is alive, dense, warm, nourishes, regenerates and would make a vegetarian want to throw himself on a rib of beef.
Domaine Hauvette Les Hauteurs Arpège Red wine is a Côtes du Roussillon wine produced by Dominique Hauvette in the municipality of Tarerach. This cuvée was born on a granitic soil at an altitude of 600m and has benefited from a one year aging in old cask. The finesse of the tannins and the respect for the terroir and fruit are amazing!
