Cul de Beaujeu White wine from Lucien Crochet Sancerre is of a beautiful balance as all the Gilles Crochet's wines. The attack is lively and bottom on a fat mouth in the notes of white flowers, apricot and apple. Finale is long and salt with of magnificent bitter.

The Domain Lucien Crochet was born during the fusion of the exploitations of André Crochet, his father, and Lucien Picard, his father-in-law. The latter was the pioneer of the bottling in native of Sancerre. Today, Lucien Crochet exploited 38 ha during 30 years and it is his son Gilles who is, from now on, at the head of the Domain. He cultivates 2 different vines: Sauvignon for the white wine and Pinot noir for the red and rose wine.
