Domaine Figuiere extends over 125 hectares in the Côtes de Provence appellation. It is in La Londe-les-Maures that Figuiere cultivates a dozen grape varieties on a schistose and quartz soil. This family estate is now known as a must in Provence.
Domaine de Figuiere was first owned by a priest named Saint André de Figuière, from where it takes its name, before being bought back in 1992 by the Combard family. This family began by growing vines in Burgundy and then settled in Provence with the desire to raise the rosé de Provence to the same rank as the white. A few years ago, Alain Combard entrusted the direction of Figuiere to his children Delphine, François and Magali. Thus, he transmits his know-how and perpetuates the family tradition while giving a new impetus to the Domaine Figuiere.
At its beginnings, Figuiere wanted to create its own style that is both simple and luxurious but also pure and elegant. Saint André de Figuière offers several ranges including Figuiere Premiere, Figuiere Signature and Figuiere Confidentielle in Côtes de Provence La Londe appellation. Domaine de Figuiere offers wines of Provence of excellence, representative of their terroir, with rosés of a beautiful liveliness and fruity. The reds show a nice complexity with spicy notes, vegetal aromas and a beautiful structure in the mouth. The whites are refreshing with beautiful fruity and floral aromas.
