Ferme des Lices is situated within the peninsula of Saint Tropez. Towards the end of 1990s, Laurence Berlemont saved vines by acquiring them. She made relive her vines by joining with Patrick Deveaux, what gave a new domain: the Ferme des Lices. The vineyard, extending over 8 ha, is crashed with Rolle for white wines, and with Grenache, with Syrah and with some Cabernet Sauvignon and with Tibouren for rosé and red wines. Wines of the Domain of the Ferme des Lices aim at the top of the range and are marketed only when wines are in accordance with their expectations. It is from 2006, that the production allowed the declension of 3 colors. In this region, white wines are still confidential but their harmony bases on a balance enter freshness and fat.
