2nd Pez is the second wine of the superb Château de Pez in Saint Estèphe appellation. The nose is deep and intense, very focused on black fruits and dried flowers. The mouth is structured and ample with a beautiful texture recalling velvet. We also find a very fine woody, a second wine very pleasant to taste.
This Chateau Tour Blanquet is a soft and fruity Saint Estèphe wine, a spice tip also springs after aeration. Its suppleness and melted tannins are attractive, it inspires a real greedy. The finish is long and peppery, a real treat.
