Château Barbeyrolles

Régine Sumeire is the third generation of winegrowers she baught Château Barbeyrolles in 1977 after a love at first sight encounter with this property located in Gassin, one of the three villages of the Peninsula of Saint-Tropez. Since 1978 she works for improvement of the plantations of this organic vineyard. The first bottles of Château Barbeyrolles came out in April, 1982. It produces, today, the famous Pétale de Rose!
Chateau Barbeyrolles in Gassin produces one of the best rosés of the Var. Its twelve hectares located in the hills of the Maures enjoy a climate unique to the peninsula of Saint-Tropez. We find Cabernet-Sauvignon, Rolle, Grenache or even Ugni-Blanc in Barbeyrolles, these vines having about thirty years on average.
