We distinguish 2 zones in the Valley of the Rhône. The said southern part "Southern" is much more important than the north part of the region. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, the vineyard produces mainly very strong, heady and strong wines among the best of the country. We find also rosé wines, very aromatic but underestimated, as well as white wines there who show themselves over the years. The AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape is unquestionably the star of wines of the South Valley of the Rhône. Without forgetting also many more naming of the region.
