TOUS LES BORDEAUX
The reputation of Bordeaux rests, mostly, on its production of red wine, only a low production of which arises from prestigious naming that are Margaux, Saint Julien, Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe, as well as Pomerol, Grave and Saint-Emilion. The white of Bordeaux who immediately occurs is naturally Sauternes, archetypal syrupy wine but the region also produces numerous dry wines the naming of which Grave is her best ambassadress.
Wines of Bordeaux are developed from six main vines. Each possesses a character of his own, conferring a particular identity on various vineyards. Some auxiliary vines are sometimes used in tiny quantity. They have for office to aggravate the typicality of the wine.
