The Aberfeldy distillery is located in the Highlands, in the charming Perthshire village of Aberfeldy. Founded in 1898 by the Dewar brothers, Tommy and John Alexander, it now benefits from the expertise of Master Blender Stephanie MacLeod. This Whisky Aberfeldy 12-year-old Single Malt, unpeated and aged in oak casks, is distilled in fine copper stills to capture the lightest alcohol vapors. The result is a remarkably smooth, gourmet whisky, both on the nose and palate, famous for its honeyed sweetness achieved through long fermentation. Aged in Sherry and Bourbon casks for a dozen years, this fruity, slightly spicy whisky, with rich honey notes, offers a roundness that will make everyone agree.
