Mac Na Mara, meaning “son of the sea”, was inspired by gentleman Sir Ian Noble's attachment to Gaelic traditions and the land. This whisky embodies the cultural richness and Celtic traditions still very much alive in this region. It is a blend aged between 5 and 7 years, distinguished by its powerful character, with a high proportion of iodized malts and a subtle peaty nose.
