Whisky Mackinlay 5 Years Blended

Discover the fabulous story of Mackinlay Scotch Whisky: this blended scotch owes its fame to British explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, who took 25 cases for his crew of 16 on his expedition to the South Pole in 1907. In extreme conditions of -40°C, Shackleton and his team measured volcanoes and each hauled 300 kg of supplies without the aid of dogs. One hundred years later, bottles were found frozen under his shelter. Their contents, meticulously analyzed, enabled the original recipe for this iconic whisky to be recreated.
