Christophe Pacalet's Beaujolais Nouveau comes from the vines of Jules Chauvet, which date back to 1948. Jules Chauvet, a pedagogue of great conviction, is in a way the father of the natural wine movement.
In 1999, Christophe PACALET and his uncle Marcel LAPIERRE created the “Les Marcellins” wine estate.
He selects plots of old vines, cultivated according to his ideal, respecting the wine and its environment to obtain the best grapes.
