Armagnac VSOP stockings of the Dartigalongue compagny come from assemblies of Armagnac of minimum 4 years of age. Ghislain Laffargue and Benoit Hillion, the cellar masters, are working hard to produce an ultra-qualitative VSOP that will be the entrance into the Dartigalongue compagny.
This Pastis from Château des Creissauds is complex and fresh at the same time. The nose and mouth highlight floral and herbaceous scents that lead us directly to Provence.
The Maison Villevert has produced a new gem, Vodka Le Philtre is a premium vodka, 100% natural without sugar or chemical additive. On the palate, this organic vodka is silky, with notes of toasted almond and tonka bean. The finish is focused on vanilla.
Gin du Mont Blanc was created by James Abbott, a Scotsman who became a distiller at the foot of Mont Blanc. Made from aromatic plants such as juniper, coriander, genepi or lime, this gin of high quality and purity is both creamy, fruity and floral. It has a nice freshness and a nice balance in the mouth, a gin to taste absolutely!
Chartreuse jaune MOF is a special cuvée, created in 2008 by the Chartreux Fathers with the Best Workers of France-Sommeliers (MOF in French). It is recognised in its unique bottle, using the symbol of the Chartreux Order. It is a liquor of character, both creamy, fresh and complex. The aromatic potency is important, but it still has a very nice drinkability.
Chartreuse du 9e Centenaire was created to commemorate the 900th anniversary of the Grande Chartreuse's founding in 1084. Tastefully, we find the sweetness of the Yellow Chartreuse and the herbaceous aromatic palette of the Green Chartreuse.
