BEAUJOLAIS WINE

Beaujolais arises from vineyards which take place on the flat slopes of hills, first foothills of Massif Central. The vine king is Gamay which confers on the red wine of the freshness, the life, some exuberance and a fruity side. A confidential production of wines white is elaborated from Chardonnay. The real treasures of the vineyard of Beaujolais, they are famous vineyards, among ten: Saint Love, Juliénas, Chénas, Moulin à vent, Fleurie, Chiroubles, Morgon, Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly.
