PALETTE

This tiny naming divides up on the municipalities of Aix-en-Provence, Tholonet and Meyreuil, the whole on 46 ha! The AOC Palette arose from the assembly of several vines as Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre or Clairette. Wines of this naming distinguish themselves from other wines of Provence and have a personality of their own. Red wine are dark in the powerful tannins, the white wines are straight and fine and rosés wines have a floral flavor and aromas of undergrowth.
