Sauternes

Sauternes is a French syrupy wine of protected designation of origin produced in Sauternais, one of the subdivisions of the vineyard of Bordeaux. The white wine of Sauternes arises from Sémillon Blanc, from Sauvignon Blanc and from Muscadelle. The noble rot of the reasons allows to keep a residual sugar which gives all the flavor to this wine.
