Pauillac

Pauillac is a French red wine of protected designation of origin produced around Pauillac in the Médoc, one of the subdivisions of the vineyard of Bordeaux. Capital of the wine-making Médoc, Pauillac is a jewel where one account 18 classified vineyards representing 85 % of the production. His soil consists of Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot with points of Small Verdot and of Malbec. AOC Pauillac are ample, rich, smooth with tight and strong tannins.
