The AOC Saint-Emilion is a French red wine of protected designation of origin, produced around the city of Saint-Émilion, being a member of the vineyard of Bordeaux. The vineyard is classified in the world heritage of the humanity by the UNESCO with two naming: Saint-Emilion and Saint-Emilion Grand cru. Wines are flexible and more fleshy than Médoc. The high percentage of Frank Cabernet which enters their assembly often gives them a very clea bouquet of cedar and fresh grass.

Château Poupille Côtes de Castillon
The nose is fruity, fresh, without excess and gives an immediate desire to taste. On the palate, the wine is very pleasant from the attack, without hardness, then evolves, tender and tasty. Of medium length, this Saint-Emilion Quintus is particularly delicious.
Saint Emilion Grand Cru from the Chateau Haut Cardinal is nice and smooth.
