Although close to the Bordelais, the Sud Ouest wine-making remains relatively little known. In red wines, rosé wines, dry white wines, soft or sparkling, the heritage of the Sud Ouest considers more than around thirty AOC revealing at the same time the originality, the strength and the tradition of this soil. The diversity of grounds, climates and vines offer a very complete pallet of flavors. Certain naming as Madiran, Bergerac, Cahors and Monbazillac, have nevertheless a fame of the most justified.
