Côtes-du-roussillon
Around Perpignan, are the vineyards of Roussillon. The Mediterranean climate is ideal for the development of the vineyard. 80 % of the production are red wines coming from the assembly of at least 3 of these vines: Carignan, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre. This red wines Côtes du Roussillon is fleshy, fruity and spicy. Rosé wines have aromas of red berries and flowers. As for the white wines, they are delicate and fine with notes of citrus fruits and fruits with white flesh. The famous Domain of Gauby makes you discover these exceptional wines.
