CÔTES DU ROUSSILLON

Around Perpignan, are the vineyards of Roussillon. The Mediterranean climate is ideal for the development of the vineyard. 80 % of the production are red wines coming from the assembly of at least 3 of these vines: Carignan, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre. This red wines Côtes du Roussillon is fleshy, fruity and spicy. Rosé wines have aromas of red berries and flowers.
