Château Léoube
Château Léoube is located in a protected Mediterranean area in La Londe, Var, on the coast. Léoube is an up-and-coming estate in the Côtes de Provence appellation and produces one of the best wines in Provence, which is refined, balanced and elegant.
LÉOUBE: ENGLAND FALLS UNDER THE SPELL OF PROVENCE
Château Léoube was founded around the 14th century in the Var region and was purchased in 1997 by Lord Anthony Bamford, an English industrialist who set out to restore it completely. Since 2000, Léoube has also been managed by Romain Ott, an engineer specialising in oenology who comes from a winegrowing background. The 560 hectares of Château Léoube, 68 of which are dedicated to vines and 23 to olive trees, are located by the sea opposite the Hyères islands in Bormes les Mimosas. The development of the vineyard and olive grove has enabled the plots of Domaine Léoube to be cultivated using organic farming methods.
DOMAINE DE LÉOUBE, ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ESTATES IN VAR AREA
Chateau Léoube is simply sublime, with its 4.5 km of private beach in one of the most beautiful sandy coves on the Var coast: Pellegrin beach... In short, the Domaine de Léoube is a place blessed by the gods, in the heart of Cap Bénat, one of the most beautiful protected sites in Europe. Château Léoube is also, above all, a skilful blend of organic and biodynamic agriculture, practised without the use of chemicals or pesticides. In 2011, Léoube was certified with the ‘wine from organically grown grapes’ label and in 2012 with the ‘organic wine’ label by Ecocert.

ROSÉ DE PROVENCE AT CHATEAU DE LEOUBE, BUT NOT ONLY THAT...
Léoube offers us high-quality organic wines from Provence, produced by the sea. As Romain Ott explains, Domaine Léoube seeks to preserve the Léoube style: a genuine, precise, refined, balanced and elegant wine, dedicated to the pleasure of every moment. Chateau Leoube offers high-end, balanced and crystalline rosé wines: Léoube La Londe, Secret de Léoube Rosé and Léoube Rosé. These are superb fruity vintages, with beautiful roundness and lovely minerality. Leoube white and Leoube red are also worth discovering.
