COTEAUX DU LANGUEDOC

The appellation Coteaux du Languedoc includes 3 recognized AOC: Faugères, Saint-Chinian and Clairette of Languedoc. 7 zones were also created according to climates, characterizing the elaboration of their wines such as Terrasses of Larzac or Pic Saint Loup. Red wines and rosé wines arise from Carignan, Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah. For white wines, their elaboration is made from Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc, Picpoul. Red wines are globally structured and generous. Rosé wines are flexible and fruity all as white wines. One of the most famous wine estates of the region is Domaine des Creisses.
