Centenario Fundación 20 is a Costa Rican rum blending spirits aged from 6 to 20 years, patiently matured in American white oak barrels through a continuous ageing system. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a particularly smooth profile where ripe fruit, citrus, vanilla and delicate oak come together on a round, silky and remarkably approachable palate. Its maturity and balance make it a generous sipping rum focused on smoothness and elegance rather than power.

The nose is immediately appealing for its roundness, with sweet vanilla combined with wood and ripe fruit. Notes of apple and cherry add brightness, while a hint of brandy gradually enriches the overall profile.

On the palate, the attack is supple and delicate. Vanilla complements red berries, citrus, and oak in a round, slightly sweet texture that is nonetheless structured enough to maintain a lovely balance. The finish extends this smooth character with woody and vanilla tones.
