The domain

Located in the heart of Languedoc, 1 km away frim Saint Chinian Village, the Domaine Moulinier spreads on 40 hectares. This family vineyard from 5 generations is divided into small plots in hills. The vineyard is composed by 3 terroirs : Grès, Argilo-Calcaire and Schiste, exclusively ranked as AOC Saint Chinian. The vines are about 25 years-old and are composed by 3 vines for red wines and rosés (Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre) and Viogner for White wines.
