Caroline and Louis Mitjavile, new owners of the Château Cadet, changed name for their first vintage wine: the Domain of Aurage. With a majority of Merlot, these wines embody the rising generation of Bordeaux. These wines in AOC Castillon exceed from now on on the naming Saint Emilion.
