MITYS is above all a family adventure: Loïc, Delphine and their two children, Elise and Corentin, embarked on a joint project. It is with MITYS to offer a Made in France wine, accessible to all and on any occasion.
This family passionate about commerce and marketing has implemented the MITYS project by combining the skills and versatility of everyone. The starting finding is as follows: young people drink mainly strong alcohol, diluted in sweet drinks such as soda or fruit juice. Indeed, they rarely turn to wine because acidity displeases them, so MITYS is the solution to make wine accessible to them. The CCI du Gard and their first company are partners in the project, which offers visibility to this newborn on the wine market, in particular by ensuring its presence at trade fairs for catering professionals.
Assisted by an oenologist friend, this family designed a product primarily intended for young adults but not that. The target customer base is 20 to 30 years old, but the MITYS range is also suitable for people who like soft and sweet drinks. The MITYS wines guarantee 100 % Made in France know-how, which is an important economic issue at present. In addition, these wines are designed to adapt to French and world cuisine, from aperitif to dessert. The aim would be to launch the production of a red wine and a MITYS pearl wine.
For the moment, the MITYS range has two Languedoc cuvées, namely a mellow rosé in 100 % Grenache as well as a mellow white wine, blending 50% Colombard and 50% Vermentino. The wines of MITYS are labeled South of France in order to highlight the local products of the Occitanie region. They are guaranteed without additives or dyes and low-alcoholic thanks to a concentrated grape must. In summary, MITYS offers wines intended for moments that are convivial, fruity and sweet to share.
