Originating from Belize, this 2007 vintage rum comes from Travellers Distillery. Selected by Maison Ferroni, it first matures in bourbon barrels before spending a further three years in small 56-litre Cognac casks in a humid cellar in France. Bottled at natural cask strength of 59.8% ABV, it retains its full intensity. This distinctive maturation creates a concentrated aromatic profile dominated by oak, spices and roasted notes.
