Japanese bitter orange takes centre stage in Etsu Double Orange Gin, crafted at Akita Distillery on the island of Honshū. Its recipe combines orange peel with juniper berries, liquorice, angelica and coriander. After seven days of maceration, the botanicals are removed before distillation. Water from the Ōu Mountains brings freshness and lightness to this expressive gin, whose vibrant citrus aromas and delicate spicy nuances create a harmonious balance.
