Founded in 2007 following the meeting of Jean-Baptiste Granier and Olivier Jullien, Les Vignes Oubliées was born from a desire to revive old hillside vineyards around Saint-Privat that were once threatened with abandonment. Blending Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, this Terrasses du Larzac is aged in oak barrels within a natural cave, developing elegant notes of dark fruit, spice and garrigue alongside a deep palate and silky tannins. Its remarkable freshness and balanced structure make it appealing in its youth, while allowing further complexity to emerge with time.
