Crossfire Hurricane Small Batch celebrates the Rolling Stones’ long-standing connection with Jamaica by bringing together rums from Hampden Estate, Long Pond, Worthy Park and Clarendon, four of the island’s major distilleries. Complementary pot and column still distillates are blended in small batches with no added sugar, preserving the intensity and distinctive “funk” associated with Jamaican rum. Pineapple, ripe banana and citrus lead an exuberantly tropical profile, joined by caramel, chocolate, subtle oak and spice through the finish.

The nose immediately reveals its Jamaican origins with a beautiful intensity of tropical fruits. Banana and pineapple dominate the opening, accompanied by citrus notes and an alluring hint of chocolatey orange. The oak remains well-integrated and adds depth without overshadowing the fruit’s vibrancy.

The palate is full-bodied and expressive. Ripe banana returns to the forefront, soon joined by peach and exotic fruits, while a creamier texture and hints of oak gradually give the whole its structure. The finish remains warm and lingering, with ripe fruit, wood, and a subtle hint of chocolate.

Crossfire Hurricane Small Batch Jamaican Rum pairs beautifully with lime-roasted pineapple, flambéed banana, dark chocolate fondant or spice-glazed pork ribs; serve neat at around 16 to 18°C, optionally over a large ice cube, and allow it a few minutes in the glass to reveal its tropical fruit character.
