Whisky Arlett Single Malt Barbados Rum Cask Finish is the result of a collaboration between the Tessendier distillery and Caribbean traditions. Distilled in Charente from French barley, it was first aged for over three years in new American oak and first fill bourbon casks. It was then matured for six months in casks containing rum from Barbados, adding an exotic touch to its character!

On opening, the nose of this Whisky Arlett opens with rich aromas of ripe banana, creamy vanilla and sweet spices, evoking a sensory journey to faraway lands. This olfactory palette is seductive in its sweetness and complexity, offering a warm and welcoming first impression. On the palate, it reveals a full, velvety texture, underpinned by spicy notes of blond tobacco and liquorice. The influence of Barbados rum is evident in the subtle hints of exotic fruit and spice, enriching the taste experience with remarkable depth. The finish is moderately long, with hints of pineapple, fresh fruit, cardamom, cereal and vanilla: a richness and complexity that will sweep you off your feet!
