Located to the northwest of Kyoto, the Kyoto Miyako distillery is ideally positioned along the Yura River, in an isolated region untouched by agriculture, guaranteeing exceptionally pure water. Equipped with two separate stills, the distillery optimizes their use: one, with an elongated gooseneck, is dedicated to first distillation, while the second, stocky and rounded, is reserved for second distillation, ensuring a unique production process.
