Nikka From the Barrel is a fine and complex whisky, which develops aromas of lilac and apricot, as well as cloves and leather nails. The attack on the palate is powerful and direct with flavors of pepper and oak, the mouth then evolves to aromas of ripe peaches, caramelised apple and honeysuckle. The finish is extraordinary, with fruity, vanilla and slightly mineral notes. A whisky of incredible finesse and precision.
