Admiral’s Rum Princess showcases the character of Saint Lucia through rums distilled in a traditional Coffey column still and patiently matured in the Caribbean climate. The blend brings together rums aged for 5 to 7 years, with American ex-Bourbon and Port casks contributing roundness and depth. Honeyed raisins, vanilla and chocolate lead into a smooth, silky palate, followed by generous flavours and a warming finish of oak and spice.

Princess is an excellent introduction to the rums of Saint Lucia: approachable thanks to its supple, generous texture, yet characterful enough to offer genuine complexity without relying on sheer power. The use of different cask types adds extra dimension, allowing fruit, spice and oak to come together in a beautifully harmonious style.
