L’Eau d’Range combines old-vine Chardonnay and Savagnin rooted in grey Lias marl soils, offering a highly distinctive interpretation of skin-contact white wine. The grapes remain in contact with their skins for seven weeks before an extraordinary six-year ageing period in demi-muids, with indigenous yeast fermentation, no fining, no filtration and no added SO₂. Bitter orange, dried apricot, candied citrus, tea and spice unfold across a broad, tactile palate shaped by fine bitterness and a remarkably persistent saline character.

L’Eau d’Range is a truly distinctive Ganevat cuvée: skin contact brings texture and depth, while the exceptionally long ageing period adds remarkable complexity. A gastronomic orange wine, intense without heaviness, it deserves a generous glass and plenty of time to reveal its citrus, spice, fine bitterness and distinctive Jura salinity.
