This La Colline des Dames de Ganevat cuvée is made from Alsace Pinot vinified in semi-carbo and aged in foudres.

It was vinified in truncated cone-shaped vats, with fresh semi-carbonic maceration (12/14°), naturally without pumping over, punching down, indigenous yeasts, unfiltered and without the addition of SO2.
