Domaine du Pré Semelé crafts Mainbré from 100% organically grown Pinot Noir on the slightly ferruginous clay-limestone soils of Maimbray. Following approximately three weeks of maceration, ageing refines a silky palate of vibrant red fruit, fine tannins and characteristic Sancerre freshness. Already highly appealing for its fruit, this red also has the structure to develop gracefully for several years in the cellar.
