Gin Salcombe Start Point

Distilled and produced in Salcombe, Devon, Start Point is crafted from the finest Macedonian juniper berries, English coriander seeds, fresh Mediterranean citrus peel and eight other botanicals from around the world. These ingredients are blended with pure, soft Dartmoor water, creating a perfectly balanced gin. The nose of this gin reveals a vibrant scent of red grapefruit, enhanced by heady, earthy nuances reminiscent of pine, contributed by Macedonian juniper. On the palate, it's rich and full-bodied, with a remarkable sweetness sublimated by notes of licorice and angelica root. The finish is fresh, persistent and perfectly balanced, elegantly prolonged by aromas of green cardamom.
