Passionate about the creation of spirits, Guillaume Ferroni has been developing and developing high-end and innovative spirits at the Château des Creissauds since 2012. The FERRONI products, Rye whisky, Rum, liqueurs, Gin de Provence or vintage Pastis, are part of the different creations of this bartender, distiller and historian. He draws much of his inspiration from his research on the history of spirits. However, it combines this historic approach with intense creativity and a constant desire for innovation. A collector of ancient books and unique manuscripts, he drew his recipes from lost and forgotten alcohols. The creations of Maison Ferroni have their origins in many countries around the world but often also in a deep attachment to Provence and the city of Marseille.
