Rum Eminente Reserva 7 years

This bottle of Eminente Reserva Rum has a texture reminiscent of a crocodile's skin, simply because the island of Cuba is nicknamed "Isla del Cocodrilo", in reference to its shape.

This rum bears the hallmark of the Cuban revival, which began in the 19th century with the production of high-quality eaux-de-vie. A tradition brought up to date by César Marti, one of the island's youngest master rum-makers.

Aged for at least seven years in ex-white oak whisky casks, it is composed of approximately 70% aguardiente, a flavourful molasses rum, and 30% light rum!
