Founded in 1949, Japanese distillery Hinotori celebrates its 70th anniversary with this limited-edition Hinotori 5 Year Old Blended. The name “Hinotori”, which means “phoenix” in Japanese, is symbolized by the illustration on the bottle and case. Produced on Honshu, Japan's largest island, this 5-year-old whisky is a blend of grain and malt whiskies.

Aged in American white oak casks, which have already been used for other whiskies, Hinotori 5 Year Old is a non-chill-filtered whisky, preserving all its aromatic complexity.
