Séverin 6 Year Old is a 45% Guadeloupe aged agricole rum whose extended maturation in oak gives it a generous and distinctly Caribbean character. Ripe and preserved fruit, vanilla, spices and woody nuances shape a rich aromatic profile, while ageing softens the natural intensity of the sugarcane spirit. Six years of maturation bring complexity and depth while preserving an expressive, characterful style.

The nose displays beautiful maturity, with woody and vanilla notes accompanied by cooked fruit and deeper nuances evoking cigars and sandalwood. Upon aeration, hints of licorice and sugarcane round out this expression.

The palate is generous and well-structured, with pronounced oak that complements notes of sugarcane, licorice, and subtle hints of honey. The wine has real character, with controlled warmth and a lingering finish where the oak and spices gradually take over from the fruit.
