Ferroni Boucan d'Enfer Rum is a bold blend of five rums from Trinidad, Guyana, Mauritius and Martinique. Selected by Guillaume Ferroni, they are blended and matured at Château des Creissauds in Provence, in casks previously used for peated whisky from Islay. This distinctive maturation gives the rum an intensely smoky character dominated by peat. Bottled at 50% ABV, this unusual expression will appeal to enthusiasts of powerful and distinctive spirits.

The nose reveals intense smoke and peaty aromas, complemented by subtle sugarcane nuances.
On the palate, the opening is powerful and expressive. Peat dominates, gradually revealing the aromatic character of agricole and grand arôme rums.
The finish is exceptionally long, with lingering smoke and distinctive gunpowder-like notes.
